Movies: No Return on these (this is done for a reason 'cause people like to copy them). All tapes are new, if pre-viewed are checked before being sold.
Comics & Books: No returns on comics, items sold as described.
All Other Items: 10% minus Shipping, or 100% Including Shipping Web Credit.
All items must be returned in original condition. We do our best to describe each item, sometimes there is a problem with interpretation, so if you are not satisfied with the item, email me with that order number in "Subject Matter." RETURN. If you received item and it was broke and you did not have insurance, SORRY!
